At NexYear, every project and product is designed with intention and created specifically for each client. Because our work involves custom-curated gifts, personalized packaging, and made-to-order experiences, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order or project has been confirmed.

Please review all order details, proofs, and design approvals carefully before production begins. Once approved, all sales are considered final.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at dmeitner@nexyear.com within 5 business days of delivery. Our team will promptly review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or cancellations on:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Branded client gifting kits

  • Event or launch packages

  • Sale or promotional items


Damages or Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please include clear photos and your order number in your email to dmeitner@nexyear.com. We’ll evaluate and respond within 2 business days to ensure the issue is resolved quickly.
